What is the Blu Room?

An innovative leap in technology… A narrow band UV-B Light, sound therapy, sacred geometry and the individual’s intent all come together to help support the body’s own cellular healing process, spiritual development and accessing your unlimited mind.


The Beauty of How It Works

The Blu Room brings your mind to stasis. When you experience tranquility and peace, your mind has wellbeing that is transmitted to your body. When you consistently experience a sense of wellbeing over time, it affects the body like sunlight upon a flower in the morning. The bud starts to open up.

Any issue or condition that you walk in with will benefit from the mental rejuvenation you experience coming out of your Blu Room session. The Blu Room doesn’t treat physical conditions, it supports your innate bio self-regulation. Improvements in physical health are a side effect of the theta state that allows bio self-regulation to occur. 

The visitor lies in the heart of this room. After just a few minutes with UVB light, all 700 billion cells are flooded with photons. An active vitamin D production begins. 

The whole body breathes in this atmosphere of light. Microtubules, the light transport channels, ensure that the brain and body receive coherent light.

The Light Spectrum

​UVB - Narrow band UVB is clinically used to heal skin conditions and raise Vitamin D levels.

UVA - More commonly known as “black light”, this is the range of UV that causes tanning and aging to the skin. 

Blue LED light - Used to kill acne-causing bacteria under the skin, reduce oil gland activity, and treat various skin conditions. 

Green LED light - Used to promote wound healing.

Yellow LED light - Used as an adjuvant therapy to laser treatment.

Red LED light - Used to treat inflammation, psoriasis, and non-melanoma cancers.

Infrared - Used to stimulate collagen in the skin and often used in combination with other light.

What to Expect

What that means is, the experience of the Blu Room is unique to each individual. And each session can be different from the one before. Here is what to expect as well as some helpful advice.

Tips to Enhancing Your Blu Room Experience

Focus on comfort.
Being comfortable and relaxed is of utmost importance. There are options for disrobing altogether; we have robes and a dressing hall, if you prefer. If not dressing down, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing to your session. We recommend you to loosen belts or any restrictive clothing. There are pillows and blankets to be adjusted for your comfort. You’ll need to wear protective goggles so that the light doesn’t cause any damage to your eyes. You can purchase your own eye mask or choose one that we provide. No shoes or jewelry with the exception of wedding bands are advised. And we provide a secure location for you to leave your personal belongings.

Focus on relaxation.
The ability to be relaxed and focused during your session in the Blu Room is paramount.
We offer a focus room to help you unwind from the outer world before your session or to utilize for further contemplation following your session. We provide blank cards and colored pencils, as it has been shown that by simplifying your intention to a visual picture or word is beneficial, but not the only way, to achieve goals.

Focus on the breath.
Breathing techniques are useful to quickly bring you from the thinking and doing into a state of “being” that has been shown to promote healing and receptiveness. On its simplest level, a few deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth is recommended.

Focus on self improvement.
Once you are relaxed and now bathed in ultraviolet blue light, the intention and focus chosen is personal. Taking the ultraviolet into your body in your mind holds value. Some people simply focus on health, abundance, peace or resolving challenges. It's up to you.


You are the most important part.

The atmosphere of the Blu Room amplifies your thoughts and brings you into faster time. Keep your mind on something you would like to create. Remember, the energy you bring into the Blu very much affects what you bring out of the Blu.
