The Blu Room, UVB & The Vagus Nerve

Sunlight increases MSH- a hormone that stimulates the vagus nerve. UVB rays specifically increase receptor sites to receive this hormone. Why is this important? The vagus nerve is the communicator within the brain, from the brain to organs and from organs to the brain. When in a state of "fight or flight" the vagus nerve communication ceases. Chronic fight or flight can ultimately effect all of the major organs. The frequencies of light and sound inside the Blu Room naturally increase receptor sites and produce a state of calm that is beyond any stress, increasing the ability to optimize vagus nerve function.
